Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor dreamcoat

El Diamante High School put on a play this year and it was FANTASTIC! Julia who is a friend of the family was in it and I took Lindsay and one of her friends Irena from school along with her mother Barbara. All four of us went out for appetizers at Chapala's and then off to the show.

Lindsay and Irena getting a picture and autograph from Stan Carrizosa. He was the lead in the play and he is quite famous here in Visalia. Last summer he appeared in "High School Musical get in the picture." It was on ABC and ran through the summer, he won the competition out of thousands of high school kids. He was awarded a contract with Disney and starred in a small video at the end of High School Musical 3. He was awesome in the play and he can really sing!

Lindsay Lip Sync

Lindsay's school had a Lip Sync show and there was a total of 13 girls in the group and they really did a good job staying in step. They went and had there hair curled right before the show. The girls did a song by Vanessa Hudgeons called Sneaker Night!

Lindsay met a friend at the Salon and she even let Lindsay braid her hair! That was nice of her.

Welcoming Baby Jordan!

My cousin Paul and Angela adopted a baby from Vietnam early this year. His name is Jordan and they had a welcoming home party so we could come and meet him. He is so cute and not shy at all!

Christmas Day!

Every year on Christmas morning we go over my Mom and Dad's house for breakfast and open presents. We all have fun opening gifts and watching the kids open theirs.

Christmas Eve at Cousin Sandy & Tony's

Every year we celebrate Christmas Eve at my Cousin Sandy's house.
This time her husband Tony was sick so we didn't get to see him, he was locked up in their bedroom. Pobrecito :(

I was ready to strangle my son because he was not in the mood to cooperate, instead he just wanted to be silly. As it was.. we were already taking the picture late and needed to get them to Costco so we could pick up and mail out the next day.
